5. Forearm Plank Hold Variations
6. Prone Extension Variations
7. Bear Crawl to Plank Holds
8. Superman Variations
9. Sidebend Variations
10. Supine Crunch Holds
11. Hollow Holds
12. Leg Raises / Double Dead Bug
13. Roll Down Hover
Modify whenever necessary and listen to the cues for coordinating breathing with each exercise.
