In Day Three of the Christmas Core Challenge, as we focus on rotation motions in the trunk and hip joints. We will be using the thigh band and TheraBand to add resistance to the upper and lower body. Here is a summary of what to expect:
1. Warm up: What kind of rotation do you have today?
2. Crunches with rotation / Band
3. L-Sit with Theraband
4. Supine Hip External Rotation (thigh band) Crunch
5. Bridge with ER (thigh band)
6. Reverse Crunch to single leg bridge (anti-rotation)
7. Single Leg Bridge with rotation (thigh band)
8. Single Leg Cross Crunch (Theraband)
9. Single leg roll-up with V-Sit. (Theraband)
10. V-Sit with Rotation (Theraband)
11. Prone hip extension with ER (thigh band)
