One of the most important aspects of our health over the age of 50 is muscle health, and this is the time when it is harder to keep. Our training needs to look different as we age. In this workout, experience nine effective muscle building exercises using dumbbells and a yoga block (optional) done in a circuit format, performed twice for maximal effect.

Elevated Heel DB Squats
Push-Ups with Blocks
DB Split Squats
DB Shoulder Press
DB Isometric Squat Hold
DB Shoulder Abduction
DB Crunches with Tricep Skull Crushers
