This 60 minute Hatha Yoga routine is appropriate for all levels. Using a Yoga Strap and Yoga block for support and resistance, take your time moving into several hip-related Yoga poses. Using an isometric resistance approach, we will uncover weaknesses in our pelvic, hip, and spinal regions while gently improving joint mobility and overall stability.
