This fusion circuit workout begins with a warm-up, followed by several standing glute, thigh, and hip exercises that incorporate dumbbells. As we move to the floor, experience some isometric Yoga postures to target the thighs and Pilates exercises to target abdominal muscles. Finish with an upper body workout that strengthens the arms, shoulders, and upper torso
