All levels of fitness can enjoy this workout, as we add load to many exercises using dumbbells or free weights. This workout will cycle from lower body exercises to upper body so we can move with a consistent pace. Experience a calorie burning, continual paced workout that finishes with a therapeutic core strength segment.
This therapeutic yoga routine will give you a wonderful isometric experience, as we will use the Yoga block and Yoga strap to strengthen many joint positions. We will explore many Yoga poses using sound biomechanics in this workout. All levels welcome!
