Live Event | Yoga for Neck, Back, and Shoulders with Lauren Eirk
Living Better • 1h 8m
Neck, back, and shoulder pain is very common for many individuals. People regularly engage in stretching, massage, and traction techniques to release tension. However any modality that we use to increase range of motion can also potentially weaken muscles if the stretch violates active range of motion. In this therapeutic Yoga routine, we will practice some valuable isometrics and strength training exercises to address weak areas in the lower / middle / upper back, neck and shoulders. Learn why neck issues can be caused from instability in lower spinal levels, hips, and feet. The Yoga Block and strap will offer input and support to joints while strengthening the upper body.
