In this Isometric workout, we will be utilizing isometric resistance training for the lower body to integrate the knee, ankle, foot, and spine as a progressive approach to isolation work. Practice multi-joint isometric positions using seated positions followed by several standing and prone hip positions.
Yoga blocks will be used as resistance as well as for support. The Yoga strap will be used to redirect forces into various aspects of the position to target specific planes of the hip and back. The goal of this workout is to improve joint mobility and stability of the lower extremities.
